Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the preparation and finalization of annual budgets, reviewing the monthly financials and accruals, discussing with Business Head, and preparing monthly LE as per Corporate guidance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide business partnering support, review the customer and vendor, contracts, product pricing bids, and margin analysis. Maintain tracker of bid wins and losses from finance, evaluate the causes for bid losses, and suggest action plans for upcoming bids. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with IPDO/GMO for new product launch costing, batch size vs market shares, and early alert of COPE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison between Home Office, Genpact, Princeton, and Canada office to ensure processing of vendor and customer invoices and resolve the issues timely. Authorize the batches/release the payments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit customers on a period basis, act as a finance SPoC to receive credit notes from the customers, validate them and recommend for approvals from the Business head. Share invoices with Genpact and the Home office for credit note processing and reversal of accruals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with Inmar and Home office on sales accounting, inventory reconciliations, and customer accounts clearing. Alert marketing on upcoming short-dated inventories to minimize the financial impact. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to the internal Tax Team as required for working Quarterly tax provisions, Tax returns, Reviewing transfer price margins, Tax audits, and Filing annual reports and HST/GST returns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in digitization and simplification efforts within the finance function. \xe2\x80\xa2 For NAG, this role will support the NAG analytics relating to CANADA and US Business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhoc analysis to support CANADA business- Make Vs buy, BD opportunities, different pricing scenarios support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhoc FPA and other support of NAG Finance. Education & Experience: CA / CPA with Accounting Degree; preferably 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
