The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Lead ABA Therapist ready to take on leadership responsibilities while still rolling up their sleeves for direct client work. This is a chance to mentor others, contribute to therapy program development, and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.

Compensation: $24-$25/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

What You'll Do

Guide and support therapists with training and fidelity checks

Run engaging sessions and step in where needed

Complete client assessments and help design individualized plans

Collect, graph, and analyze data to measure progress

Collaborate with senior staff on program planning

Lead Parent Coaching and support community integration goals

Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings

What You Bring

2+ years of ABA experience with children and youth (18 months-18 years)

Organized, adaptable, and strong clinical judgment

A team player who also shines independently

Excellent communication skills with families and community members

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (required)

Bonus points if you have PECS training or Crisis Management certification
