Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to work with 2 clients (siblings), focusing on academic skills. Sessions will be on

Saturdays and Sundays

. Candidates with tutoring and ABA therapy experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavioral changes and skill development. This role involves working closely with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans

in a home setting

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop personalized ABA treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of ABA. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with autism is highly desirable. Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is a plus; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and families. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
