Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior / Lead ABA Therapist
to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-18) with autism spectrum disorder and oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans in their homes and the community. You will serve as a leader within the clinical team, ensuring best practices. This is more than a job--it's a chance to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.
Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice.
Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a full driving license.
Qualifications
Minimum
4+ years of experience
providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-18).
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting children and families.
