We are looking for an Entry-Level Lawyer who is eager to build a career in criminal defense. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload, represent clients in court, and handle all aspects of criminal defense cases independently while benefiting from the support of a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including hearings, trials, and negotiations. Provide legal advice and develop defense strategies tailored to each client's situation. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Interview witnesses, review evidence, and investigate case details to build a strong defense. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about their cases. Stay updated on changes in criminal law and legal procedures.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A strong passion for criminal defense and a commitment to justice. Ability to manage cases independently, including making court appearances and filing motions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle time-sensitive cases.
