Applicants should have trial experience and a desire to manage an interesting practice involving challenging and complex cases. Preference will be given to those with superior skills in courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, file management, and oral and written communication. Personal injury or insurance law experience is an asset, but consideration will also be given to those with criminal law or other experience. A partial to full practice in another area of law is not necessary, but is preferred. We are also seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Applicants should have trial experience and a desire to manage an interesting practice involving challenging and complex cases. Preference will be given to those with superior skills in courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, file management, and oral and written communication. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior counsel in addition to having his or her own files. The majority of the files will be the defense of insurance claims, so personal injury or insurance law experience is an asset. Consideration will also be given to those with criminal law or other experience. Superior compensation and benefits are offered to the successful candidate.
