What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

A Senior Director, Systems Implementation is responsible for providing client-facing consulting services to improve capital project delivery through their application of technology. This includes the responsibility for the day-to-day project delivery and management activities to support needs assessments, system selection, requirements definition, system implementation, go-live and post go-live support. In this role, you will look for new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new product capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create commitment within client organizations \xe2\x80\x93 pushing the boundaries and capabilities of our integrated delivery teams. Tasks may include:

Requirement Gathering

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate and determine customer requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing artifacts, and leading focused requirements workshops.

\xc2\xb7 Design solutions to meet customer requirements through requirement analysis, development of business rules, development of business process diagrams, development of use cases, and drafting of specifications.

Process Evaluations

\xc2\xb7 Conduct business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects.

\xc2\xb7 Provide subject matter expertise on Project Management processes and / or Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). This includes project management, cost management, risk management, schedule management, resource management, and estimating.

Management, Communications & Presentations

\xc2\xb7 Build relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and key leads in various areas to ensure overall project success.

\xc2\xb7 Leverage personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Manage teams of consultants in support of the configuration of EcoSys.

\xc2\xb7 Mentor, coach, and train Consultants and Senior Consultants.

\xc2\xb7 Assess talent (Internal and External) and provides feedback to management.

Implementation &Training

\xc2\xb7 Provide Functional Solution Architecture for PMIS.

\xc2\xb7 Create and enable reinforcement mechanism and measurement metrics to ensure sustainability.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required to ensure successful solution adoption.

\xc2\xb7 Develop engagement specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10+ years of experience in the consulting, supply chain, or construction industry (either in Project Delivery or Technology Implementations) or a related profession

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing software systems \xe2\x80\x93 preferably with experience as a Solution Architect

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, mathematical and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI and MS Teams

\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to travel to client sites and FTI offices

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience with software development in Java, C#, SQL, and/or VBA

\xc2\xb7 Experience in business development activities

\xc2\xb7 Able to delegate and supervise the work of others

\xc2\xb7 Experience in the consulting industry with track record in building and maintaining client relationship
