The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of
residential and commercial real estate transactions
, including purchases, sales, refinances, and related conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handling residential and commercial real estate files from opening to closing
Drafting and reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, mortgage documents, and closing documents
Conducting title reviews and resolving title issues
Liaising with clients, lenders, realtors, and other stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
Managing files efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
Member in good standing with the
Law Society of New Brunswick
(or eligible for transfer)
Experience in real estate law preferred (new calls with interest in real estate are welcome to apply)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
