Spiteri & Ursulak LLP is an established, full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, steps from the courthouse. We are seeking a civil litigator to join our growing and busy practice. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, values professionalism and integrity, and is looking to build and grow a practice within a supportive and dynamic firm.

As an associate lawyer you will:

Represent clients in civil and administrative matters, including court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, facta, and other court materials. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients. Manage files independently while contributing to team-based cases and projects. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions. Maintain current knowledge of procedural and substantive developments in relevant areas of law.
Candidates must have:

LL.B. or J.D. and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (civil, commercial, or administrative). Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities with sound professional judgment. A commitment to collegiality, collaboration, and client-focused service.
