Lawyer - Insurance LItigation (4 to 7 years)
Montreal

Our client, a well-established law firm and a leader in its field, is currently seeking a lawyer with approximately 4 to 7 years of experience in litigation, particularly in liability and insurance law. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that values collegiality and work-life balance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in a variety of mandates, particularly in the area of insurance law, both in terms of the debate on coverage and the merits of the dispute from which the claim arises. You will be able to manage your files and demonstrate your advocacy skills at trial. You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of complex strategies and to directly manage some of the firm's long-standing client relationships. The selected professional will be given a great deal of autonomy in his or her practice and will be supported by mentors and more junior lawyers as needed.
