As an associate in this area, you will work with the best and brightest legal minds in a broad range of sophisticated, complex corporate/commercial litigation, energy disputes, and class action defence matters. We represent major institutional clients on high-profile, precedent-setting cases across various industries and at all levels of court right up to the Supreme Court of Canada. POSITION REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 4 to 7 years of corporate and commercial litigation experience;
- excellent research and writing skills;
- excellent academic credentials; and
- superior communication and interpersonal skills.
