Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as (but not limited to) fertilizing, weed control, grass cutting and aeration

-Perform vegetation control tasks for commercial clients throughout Southern Ontario
-Maintain a cheerful, helpful and positive attitude towards customers and other employees
-Provide quality services and accurate recommendations for customers' properties

-Maintain, clean and organize trucks, equipment, warehouse

-Maintain a professional appearance

Skills:

- Proficiency in operating a vehicle and a current drivers license in good standing
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (routes, lists)

- Knowledge of lawncare maintenance techniques and practices (not required but beneficial)

-Ability to manage time effectively and be productive on your own or in a team setting

As a Lawn Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and health of our clients' lawns. You will utilize your skills in lawncare to ensure that our customers' outdoor spaces are visually appealing. This position requires physical stamina (25,000+ steps/day), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.

Wage is determined by experience, work ethic and effort put forth. There is opportunity for growth and promotion as we are a small family owned company that values effort, production and quality.

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
