Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to mow lawns 5-6 days per week. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing hand and power tools to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes.

Responsibilities

Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Inspect lawns and gardens for signs of pests or diseases and take appropriate action. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and repairs.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions in rain or shine Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license an asset Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
