We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4pm in person
Responsibilities
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional demeanor.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing documents.
Provide clerical support including scanning, shredding, typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
Experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
