Job Description

Law Clerk with a passion for personal injury law? Join our dedicated team in Mississauga and help make a difference in the lives of those navigating complex legal challenges.

What You'll Do:



Handle personal injury files from intake to resolution (tort and accident benefits). Draft legal documents and correspondence. Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and opposing counsel. Prepare for mediations, discoveries, and trials. Organize and manage files using legal software.

What We're Looking For:



2+ years of experience in personal injury law. Solid understanding of accident benefits and the SABS regime. Experience with

Primafact

is an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. LAT application experience. Familiarity with Ontario court procedures and deadlines.
