Why this role is significant




As a Laundry Attendant, you play a key role in delivering the luxury and comfort our guests expect. You are responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, robes, and uniforms are meticulously cleaned, folded, and presented to the highest standard. Your efficiency, consistency, and pride in your work directly contribute to the guest experience, and your support keeps the entire housekeeping operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

A day in the life



Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and uniforms to resort standards Strip linens from check-out rooms and deliver clean stock to designated areas Pre-treat stains and inspect all items for quality before returning to circulation Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room throughout each shift Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and report any maintenance issues Support housekeeping with linen restocking and cross-departmental requests Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols in line with resort procedures

A strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable attendance and a sense of ownership in maintaining high standards Comfort with repetitive tasks and physical work, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing throughout your shift Clear communication with team members and supervisors A positive attitude, flexibility, and sense of humour--we support each other and have fun while we work Available Saturday and Sunday from 2:00pm-10:00pm
