Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and towels according to hotel standards
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect linens for stains or damages and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies and notifying the supervisor when reordering is necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of proper laundry techniques and procedures
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure linens are properly cleaned and maintained
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
