About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Landscaper Sales & Estimator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of landscaping construction, horticulture, and property maintenance, paired with excellent communication and sales skills. This role involves meeting clients, preparing detailed proposals, and supporting project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site consultations with residential & commercial clients Prepare accurate estimates for landscaping, excavation, and maintenance projects Develop professional proposals and scope documents Provide recommendations and creative solutions based on client needs Track leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales Collaborate with field crews & project managers on project planning Maintain a strong knowledge of materials, products, and current industry pricing Assist in presenting designs, plans, and upsell opportunities Maintain CRM notes and update job statuses

Qualifications

2+ years experience in landscaping, construction, or estimating (preferred) Strong understanding of horticulture, grading, hardscaping & site work Excellent communication & client-relation skills Strong organization and attention to detail Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and quoting platforms (training provided) Ability to read site plans & measurements (an asset) Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation

Schedule

Monday to Friday (some flexibility as needed) Occasional site visits outside standard hours during peak season
