Landscaper/Labourer (Hardscape) Foreman

working, reliable and motivated individuals to join our Landscape - Design and Build team for Guelph

and Kitchener/Waterloo area.

MowGO SnowGO is currently seeking motivated individuals looking to join our growing maintenance team. We are currently seeking for Landscaper/Labourer (Hardscape) Foreman

Salary:$ 22.00 - $26.00 -- depending on experience

This position is seasonal with the potential of year-round employment.

Responsibilities:

Landscaping:

Perform a variety of landscaping duties including installation, repair, and maintenance of
hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of softscape elements including planting, mulching,
and watering.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on both softscape and hardscape. Experience operating mid-size and large landscaping machinery. Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, plants, and materials. Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in landscaping or related field.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
