Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape installation and maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working outdoors. Preference will be given to candidates with hardscape experience, especially ininstalling pavers, retaining walls, and other stonework.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Assist with landscape installations: planting trees, shrubs, laying sod, and mulch Complete hardscape installations such as pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers) Read and interpret landscape designs and site plans Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field Hardscape experience, particularly with paver installation, is strongly preferred Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle to get to job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Knowledge of plants, soils, and landscaping techniques is an asset Experience with irrigation systems is a plus Punctual, reliable, and a team player
