We are currently targeting expansion into multiple locations and looking for people with the ambition and leadership skills to assist our goal. **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and possess the managment/leadership skills necessary to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and lead team members on various projects - Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Enhance properties through garden bed edging, mulch/stone application, weed removal, tree/bush shaping, hedge trimming, and other tasks. - Perform lawn care tasks such as aeration, fertilization, over seeding, and weed control (will train and provide testing for pesticide license). - Operate plows, ride-on equipment, and snow blowers during winter operations. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in landscape maintenance and gardening - Knowledge of all tools/equipment required for lawn care (aerators, trimmers, mowers, hedgers etc.) - Proficiency in property maintenance procedures - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively - Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members Joining our team as a Lead Landscape Technician offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your landscaping skills will be valued and developed.
