Job Description

Now's your chance! We are looking for a Landscape Technician with a great attitude and strong gardening and landscaping skills, to join our team at Rockland Garden.

We require applicants to have either a minimum of two years experience with a landscape company or have started/completed a Horticulture program. Unfortunately, applicants that do not meet this requirement will not be contacted.

We want to hear from you, if you:

- Have experience and working knowledge of gardening and/or landscape construction (at least 2 years experience)

- Have at least basic plant identification.
- Have good organizational and time management skills (accurate time tracking).
- Have great problem-solving skills and are resourceful.
- Have excellent communication skills (via texts, phone, and in-person with clients).

- Are able to take on responsibility/work independently.
- Have a good working knowledge of (or desire to learn) how to use power tools and landscape equipment.
- Hold a valid and insurable driver's license & enough data on your phone if needed for work.
- Are able to provide a background check and good references.
- Are physically fit and strong and able to do intense physical work. This is a hard job!
- Are reliable and punctual.
- Are willing to work outdoors, rain or shine!
