We're Hiring: Landscape Lead Hand

Full-Time Seasonal (Potential for Year-Round)

We're looking for a motivated Landscape Lead Hand to support our Foreman and help guide the crew on a variety of landscape projects. If you've got strong landscaping experience and want to take the next step in your career, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Foreman in coordinating and leading daily crew activities Work on both hardscape (pavers, stone, retaining walls) and softscape (planting, sod, soil) installations Provide on-site training and support to team members Operate trucks, tools, and equipment safely Ensure sites stay clean, safe, and organized Report progress, challenges, or delays to the Foreman Participate in daily safety meetings and follow PPE requirements

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of landscaping experience (1+ year in leadership preferred) Skilled in both softscape and hardscape installation techniques Valid driver's license required Able to read and follow work orders, specs, and blueprints Strong communication and leadership skills Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather
