Lovell Landscape is a landscaping and grounds maintenance company serving London and surrounding area. Our team consists of 17 staff members and we run 4 maintenance teams and 3 landscape teams. What differentiates us from other companies are the following:

: Landscape Designer & Estimator

: 1915 Fanshawe Park Road West, London, Ontario, N6H 5L3

Hours

: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Advertised Wage

: $23 to $34 per hour

Job Duties

:

Conversing with clients and vendors via phone, email and in person

Preparing quotes and following up on completed projects

Prepare site measurements, landscape designs, planting lists, etc.

Daily use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel

Plan daily operations and upcoming job planning

Monitor open jobs and prepare progress reports

Organize daily schedules and routes

Oversee morning and evening loading of vehicles and trailers including daily inspections reports

Ensure the quality of work is up to standard and eliminate the need for return visits

Ensure staff are following safety procedures and PPE is being worn properly

Periodic field work on landscape and maintenance teams

Work Conditions

Job Capabilities

:

Efficient worker, highly motivated

Plant ID knowledge along with design preparation software

Extensive experience with softscape and hardscape installations

Personable to clients and other employees

Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Certified designation is an asset (Horticulture Tech or Landscape Design)

G class driver's license is required and previous experience driving with trailers

Excellent problem-solving skills

Compensation

:

Will depend on previous experience and training

Year end bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47.50 per week
