Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest quality of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven leadership skills. This role involves supervising a team of landscapers, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF SOLID EXPERIENCE

Duties

Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in various projects including landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care. Plan and execute landscaping designs while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality expectations. Train team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing necessary repairs or coordinating maintenance as needed.

Skills

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including gardening, horticulture. Proven experience in supervising teams with effective leadership qualities. Familiarity with construction techniques related to landscaping projects. Ability to perform tree care tasks safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
