Overview

We are looking for experienced landscapers to join our team as a leader in the field. The successful candidate will provide services to residential and commercial customers by the proper and timely execution of landscape functions (Focus on Maintenance)

Summer Full Time positions can lead to Guaranteed Winter hours/roles for 2025-2026*

Criteria:

2-5 years experience as a landscape professional

Both summer and winter professional experience

1-2 years in a leadership (Crew Leader or Foreperson role)

Supervise and lead a crew in various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and maintaining gardens.

Oversee landscape maintenance projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.

Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to team members based on project needs.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for plant health.

Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.50 per hour
