Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces, and leading a team of landscaping professionals. Your leadership skills will be essential in building a cohesive team that delivers exceptional results while maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure effective workflow and project completion. Lead by example in performing landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, blowing, planting, etc... Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring all safety measures are followed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of gardening practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.46-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
