Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and installation. This role involves working with various landscaping tools and equipment to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for residential properties. The Landscape Crew member will be responsible for executing landscape designs, assisting with carpentry, interlock pavers, flagstone, planting and performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities

Execute landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials according to design specifications. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding to ensure landscapes remain healthy and attractive. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for tasks such as grading, excavation, and material transport. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and layout plans. Collaborate with team members to restore landscapes after construction or other disruptions. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks including masonry work, concrete finishing. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.

Skills

Proficiency in masonry techniques for building retaining walls, patios, or other structures. Ability to read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow design plans. G2 Licence

Competence in using hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Skills with flagstone, pavers and carpentry within landscapes.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
