Driver AZ - Landscape Construction

What We Offer

:

HOURLY RATE: $27 - $33 per hour

based on experience Full-Time, year-round hours of 40 - 60 hours per week, Mon-Fri (weekends if needed Excellent on the job training to grow and develop your skills Benefits offered after a time period to the right candidate

Must Have:

A Restricted or AZ License required Clean drivers abstract and CVOR A minimum of 3 years Commercial Driving experience in residential/construction landscape design/build environment Excavator and Bobcat experience Safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery and vehicles Manual Labour required; ability to load/unload equipment, lift up to 50lbs and meet the physical demands of an all season outdoor role Ability to read and understand construction drawings Experience in the safe operation of track loaders, mini excavators, compaction equipment and other power tools Good working knowledge of all hardscaping, soft scaping, accent lighting, concrete and irrigation systems, plant ID etc. The ability to work well with others and be able to lead, motivate, instruct and delegate to a crew of 2-5 employees Travel to and consistently arrive on time to jobsites

Nice To Have:

Mechanical skills to repair truck and equipment Understanding of operating equipment using GPS grading systems (training available if needed)
