OVERVIEW
Vertex is currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Land Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and processing documents related to Land and Safety matters. Reporting to our Team Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Saskatchewan Land, the successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethics and a desire to contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall success.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Land and/or Safety Administration experience considered an asset
  • Completed post-secondary education is preferred
  • Eagerness to learn, ethically motivated and results driven
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines with acute attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and maintain land and safety files
  • Review of survey plans and prepare required third party documentation
  • Maintain Vertex\xe2\x80\x99s local safety documents and carry out various safety duties as directed
  • Safety administration duties, correspondence, production of documents and communication with corporate safety team
  • Prepare general reports and project specific updates to clients
  • Assist corporate safety team with annual safety audits
  • Compile data and other required information as needed
  • Prepare and format reports for clients
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Additional administrative duties as required

LOCATION
  • This position will be based out of our Regina, Saskatchewan office.
