Overview

We are seeking a skilled Labourer with experience in caulking and coating application to join our waterproofing team. This role involves supporting various phases of below-grade and coating/sealing projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with caulking, coating, and a broad range of waterproofing-related skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for caulking and coating application, ensuring proper cleaning and surface readiness Apply caulking, sealants, and coatings accurately according to project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

Must have a valid license to drive company vehicles. Proven experience in caulking and coating application within a construction setting Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and protocols Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
