Skilled Landscape Construction Labourer

Position Overview:

Laurel Outdoor Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Landscape Construction Labourer with strong hands-on experience in outdoor construction. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of landscape installation techniques, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Install interlocking brick, natural stone, and retaining walls according to project plans. Operate tools and equipment such as quick saws, compactors, and levels safely and efficiently. Assist with grading and setting proper heights and slopes for drainage and design accuracy. Perform sod installation, planting, and general landscape finishing work. Load, unload, and organize materials and tools daily. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and deadlines are met. Follow directions from supervisors and take initiative to solve on-site challenges.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction. Ability to read grades, use levels, and follow site plans accurately. Skilled in using saws, compactors, and other landscape construction tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.93-$29.54 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
