Lead Business Analyst with CLM, Fenergo/Fenx experience

Required Location: Toronto, ON or Halifax, NS (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

CANDIDATES Must have Fenergo or Fenx configuration experience.

We need: A senior (10+ years) Business analyst with experience supporting CLM/ Fenergo projects. Candidates must Act as a Lead Business Analyst supporting the delivery of CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) solutions. Play a central role in the transformation initiative--migrating from a legacy system to Fenergo 10x and contribute across the full CRM ecosystem; must be solution-agnostic and adaptable across product components. Candidates MUST HAVE CAPITAL MARKETS EXPERIENCE AND CLM OR OTHER ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE LIKE AML OR KYC. I WANT TO SEE ALL BUSINESS ANALYSTS WITH CLM OR AML/KYC

Act as a Lead Business Analyst supporting the delivery of CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) solutions. Play a central role in the transformation initiative--migrating from a legacy system to Fenergo 10x. Contribute across the full CRM ecosystem; must be solution-agnostic and adaptable across product components.

Key Attributes & Expectations:

Strong self-starter with minimal need for oversight--expected to ramp up quickly. Preferred to have experience in configuration tasks and be familiar with the latest platforms/tools. Ability to reduce managerial overhead and proactively navigate learning curves.

Technical Environment & Tools:

Fenergo is the backbone of the CLM solution--familiarity or expertise is a significant advantage. The solution extends beyond Fenergo, involving extensive integrations across systems.

Core BA / Systems Analyst Skills:

Proficient in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation. Skilled in writing user stories, flow diagrams, and maintaining requirements traceability. Understand and translate end-to-end user needs into actionable features and improvements.

Project Methodologies & Domain Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Must have a strong foundation in Client Lifecycle Management and Client Onboarding processes. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and task tracking.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal tech teams and external stakeholders for seamless integration. Analyze change impacts across interconnected systems and coordinate with the right SMEs.

Pay: $43,300.14-$140,000.00 per year
