Guidewire Lead Business Analyst
Norima Consulting is looking for Guidewire Lead Business Analysts help deliver Guidewire transformation projects that modernize the insurance industry.

Who You Are:
A Senior Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst with certification(s) in one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite products, ideally on Guidewire Cloud. You have a deep understanding of business process design, system requirements, and stakeholder collaboration. You excel at bridging business goals with technical execution and are trusted for your ability to bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives.
A Glimpse of What You'll Do

  • Support our clients on Guidewire projects involving leading the discovery process to capture, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews to refine and validate requirements, maintaining a clear connection to business objectives
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications that guide solution design and delivery
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to confirm that requirements are implemented as intended and deliver measurable value
  • Contribute to testing and validation efforts by reviewing test cases, confirming coverage, and supporting issue resolution
  • Provide ongoing support through implementation and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth transitions and strong client satisfaction
  • Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore project teams
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis within P&C insurance technology or consulting environments
  • Guidewire Certified Associate, Specialist, and/or Ace designation(s)
  • Expertise in Guidewire configurations and/or integrations
  • Experience with one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite products such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or DataHub
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in client-facing projects
  • A consultative, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value and measurable outcomes
