Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions Experience installing chain link, wood and wrought iron fencing

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
