Job Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time permanent Labourer (Layout Person) to join our growing Fabrication Team. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to further develop your skillset and grow your career.
:
Follow all safety procedures. Operate band saws, ironworker, radial drill, grinder, and overhead cranes. Perform proper setup of machines. Perform Preventative Maintenance on machines. Translate drawings into measurements for production. Produce quality parts. Mark out holes in Beam/channel/ angle/ plate. Tack small mounts and leave for welders.
Qualifications:
Able to read a metric tape measure. Good work ethic. Positive attitude. Steel Fabrication experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the ideal candidate.
