Azimuth Builders is looking for a reliable and safety-focused

Equipment Operator / Skilled Labourer

to join our growing team. This hybrid role supports both equipment operation and general site tasks across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery such as skid steers, zoom booms, excavators, or loaders Perform skilled labour tasks including demolition, framing support, material handling, and site cleanup Assist with basic layout, trenching, and backfilling Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized site Support carpenters, foremen, and trades as needed to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

2+ years experience operating construction equipment on active job sites Valid equipment/operator certifications (if applicable) Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
