Labourer

to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follows and complies with all government legislation and company policies & procedures. Working outdoors in all weather conditions. Participates in all pre-job hazard assessments and inspections prior to commencing any job. Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving material and equipment. Assist with other departments needs such as maintenance. Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1-2 years experience in a similar role. Ontario's driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Must be able to pass all required training, background check, and drug & alcohol testing. Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting. Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting capability. Strong work ethic and reliability. Some experience working with hand tools (power drills, die grinders etc.) Willingness to work in various outdoor environments. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time).
