Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations . This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in various tasks as needed.. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately. Basic knowledge of construction and Landscaping processes is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
