Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site. Hours and wage will depend on how reliable you are, how hard you work, and your general attitude. Weekends and nights are NOT mandatory - on the occasion that work comes up then you'll be given the opportunity to say yes or no.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions effectively. Valid driver's license and your own, reliable vehicle is mandatory.
