SUPERVISORS - Requirements needed:

A minimum 3 years as a commercial construction supervisor

Journeyman Carpenter - with a willingness to be hands on

Ability to read specifications, plans - provide RFIs, request PCNs and/or Site Instructions, Change Directives, etc.

Ability to deal professionally with project managers, architects, consultants, subtrades, owners, safety professionals, office staff, etc.

Ability to work with little to no supervision

Ability to ensure staff on site works not only to the best of their ability, but provides a exceptional end product - cohesively, on time, and on budget

Knowledge of construction specific software (eg. Procore) and/or the ability to learn the software quickly

Understand and implement safety requirements in coordination with our Safety Manager - including ensuring day to day safety procedures are followed. Providing safety orientation for all employees on site, including subtrades.

Providing tool box talks, hazard assessments, daily logs, and more
