Labourer / Apprentice Permanent Full Time Compensation: $20 - $30 / hour, dependent on experience Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am \xe2\x80\x93 4pm, OT may be required Work Locations: Lower Mainland, including (but not limited to): North Vancouver, Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam Who we are: Hapa Construction LTD. is a thriving North Shore general contractor working on residential renovations throughout the Lower Mainland with a focus on the North Shore. What makes us special is that we try to do everything in house. We are two experienced carpenters and between us, have 30 combined years of experience running the full gamut of the trade. We do everything from demolition, forming, framing and finishing. We lead by example and are looking for someone that is just as passionate about the industry that we can mentor. What we are looking for: We are seeking a labourer, first or second year apprentice who is eager to learn and is striving to become one of the best in the industry. You will get the opportunity to work on everything from minor repairs to home additions to full home renovations, and no day is ever the same. Our ideal candidate:

• Is well-spoken, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients as required

• Is dedicated and reliable

• Is willing to work in various conditions (we work rain or shine!)

• Has a meticulous attention for detail

• Is willing to learn, follow directions and receive feedback well

• Must have a reliable mode of transportation to travel to our various work sites

• Must be equipped with your own PPE and hand tools
