Labourer / Apprentice (Greater Vancouver Applicants ONLY) Full-Time Position (Permanent) Compensation: $20 - $35 per hour (Dependent on experience) Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Overtime may be required) Work Locations: Vancouver Lower Mainland, including North Vancouver, Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby About Us: Hapa Construction LTD is a successful general contractor operating in the North Shore area, specializing in residential renovations throughout the Lower Mainland. You will be exposed to a diverse range of projects, from minor repairs to home additions and full renovations, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients
• Dedicated, reliable, and able to adapt to various working conditions
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and receive constructive feedback
• Reliable transportation to reach various work locations
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand tools
