We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all company policies regarding cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to equipment operation and safety procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with operating heavy machinery or tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
