Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Laboratory Technician

with 1-2 years of hands-on laboratory experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day lab operations, including sample preparation, equipment maintenance, data collection, and adherence to safety protocols. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and accuracy of lab results and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently. Prepare, label, and analyze biological or chemical samples. Operate and calibrate standard laboratory equipment (e.g., centrifuges, spectrophotometers, pH meters). Maintain proper documentation of test results and observations in lab notebooks or electronic systems. Adhere to all safety, quality control, and quality assurance protocols. Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and reagents. Ensure lab cleanliness and proper disposal of hazardous materials. Collaborate with senior technicians and scientists on experimental design and data interpretation.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting (academic, clinical, or industrial). Familiarity with standard laboratory practices, techniques, and equipment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
