La charg\xc3\xa9e de compte senior (Senior Account Excutive) occupe un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel, consistant \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer de nouveaux revenus nets pour l\'entreprise par l\'acquisition de nouveaux jeux mobiles pour faire de la publicit\xc3\xa9 sur la plateforme de fid\xc3\xa9lisation de Mistplay, le leader du secteur. Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du directeur mondial des ventes, la charg\xc3\xa9e de compte senior prendra en charge l\'ensemble du cycle de vente, depuis la recherche de nouveaux jeux, la pr\xc3\xa9sentation de l\'argumentaire aux clients potentiels, la n\xc3\xa9gociation des conditions et la conclusion des contrats. Il s\'agit d\'une fonction ax\xc3\xa9e sur les quotas, focalis\xc3\xa9e enti\xc3\xa8rement sur la concr\xc3\xa9tisation de nouvelles affaires.

The Senior Account Executive (Sr AE) is a key role that is responsible for delivering net new revenue to the company by acquiring new mobile games to advertise on Mistplay\'s industry leading loyalty platform. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, the Sr AE will own the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting for new games, pitching prospective clients, negotiations terms, and closing deals. This is a quota driven role, focused 100% on new business sales.

  • R\xc3\xa9aliser la prospection des clients potentiels par le biais de r\xc3\xa9unions en ligne ou en pr\xc3\xa9sentiel
  • \xc3\x89laborer des propositions personnalis\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'intention des prospects
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et assurer une gestion saine du pipeline ; informer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement le responsable des ventes de l\'\xc3\xa9tat d\'avancement, des d\xc3\xa9fis, des opportunit\xc3\xa9s, des menaces et des id\xc3\xa9es
  • Collaborer avec les services juridiques et financiers pour la n\xc3\xa9gociation des contrats et des ordres d\'insertion (IO)
  • Conclure de nouvelles affaires et atteindre les objectifs de revenus trimestriels
  • Assister aux conf\xc3\xa9rences et aux \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements du secteur d\'activit\xc3\xa9 en vue de rencontrer des clients potentiels
  • Am\xc3\xa9liorer continuellement tes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de vente et de n\xc3\xa9gociation en participant aux formations dispens\xc3\xa9es par l\'entreprise et en t\'autoformant
  • Atteindre, voire d\xc3\xa9passer, tes objectifs de vente
  • Travailler avec RevOps (op\xc3\xa9rations de revenus) pour aider \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9parer les rapports de ventes hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels
  • Travailler avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe Marketing et Sales enablement pour \xc3\xa9laborer et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les outils d\'aide \xc3\xa0 la vente

What you\'ll do at Misplay:
  • Is accountable for the growth of our client base and attaining sales targets for the regional territory under their responsibility;
  • Systematic approach to prospecting for new mobile gamesOutreach to, establish, and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Pitch prospective clients via video and in-person meetings
  • Create custom proposals for prospectsGrow, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline and regularly report status updates, challenges, opportunities, threats, ideas to sales leaderWork with legal and finance to negotiate contracts and IO\'s
  • Close new business deals and hit quarterly revenue targetsAttend industry conferences and events to meet prospective clients
  • Continually improve sales and negotiation skills via company provided training and self-directed professional development
  • Meet or exceed sales goalsWork with revenue operations to help prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
  • Work with sales enablement and marketing team to develop and update sales materials

What you\'ll bring to Mistplay:
  • 4+ year experience in sales, preferably in media or mobile gaming
  • Existing relationships in the mobile gaming industry preferred
  • Experience with and an understanding of performance marketing
  • Proven track record closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to generate leads and build opportunity pipelines
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar enablement tools
  • Understanding of negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Be a natural leader and have the ability to be a senior member of the sales team
