Kumon Front Desk Assistant
Job Description
Kumon is an after-school math and reading program that was founded in Japan in 1958. Kumon has a presence in 43 countries with more than 1,600 Kumon centers in North America alone.??We are looking for a responsible and organized individual who enjoys working with children and is available during the day/evening.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
key holder?
managing the front of the center; checking in students
marking assignments
preparing lesson plans
answering phones
keeping the office organized
communicating with parents
REQUIREMENTS:
must be able to work all shifts: Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-7:30pm and Saturday 10am-4pm
previous office experience an asset
ability to be a key holder
ability to work during the day & evening
ability to work independently without supervision
experience in Excel and Word?? and basic data entry

Tuesday 2:00pm-7:30pm
Thursday 3:00pm - 7:30pm?
