Duties
Greet and welcome clients warmly, creating a positive first impression
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly
Handle appointment bookings and scheduling via phone, email, and in person
Manage efficient check-in, check-out, and billing processes
Submit insurance invoices and claims
Respond to customer support, sales, and billing inquiries professionally
Proactively follow up with existing leads and clients to promote services and appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
Oversee laundry services and ensure therapy rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for treatments
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer skills, especially with booking and billing systems
Experience using
Jane App
(Strong asset)
Previous experience in a medical or wellness clinic environment (Preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility with work hours and comfort in a fast-paced setting
