Front Desk Assistant / Associate

is the friendly face and first point of contact when clients and visitors arrive at a realty office. This person helps make sure everything runs smoothly by handling important tasks like greeting people, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.

What You Will Do:



Welcome clients and visitors warmly, whether in person or on the phone. Schedule, confirm, and change client appointments using computer systems. Collect and keep clients information up to date. Help clients check in and fill out necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate client records electronically. Keep the reception area tidy and make sure supplies are stocked. Coordinate with brokers, managers and other staff to help clients get the service they need. Stay professional and respect client confidentiality at all times. Perform general office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and answering emails.

What You Need to Have:



Good communication skills for talking with clients and coworkers. Being organized and good at managing time. Basic understanding of realty terms and how sales works. Experience working in an office setting is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Comfortable using computers and office equipment. Able to stay calm, professional, and polite, even during busy or stressful times.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.85-$53.20 per hour
