Kombucha Brewer Assistant

to support our production team and help bring our products to life.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in the kombucha brewing process following

Standard Operating Procedures

?

Measure and document

ingredients, pH levels, lot numbers, and other key data
?

Operate and maintain

brewing, canning, and packaging equipment
?

Clean and sanitize

equipment, fermentation vessels, and brite tanks

? Package final product for distribution
? Follow strict

food safety

and

sanitation

protocols
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the brewery and warehouse
? Work efficiently while handling repetitive tasks and physical labor

? Operate the forklift to move product and load shipments

What We're Looking For

? Ability to follow SOPs and product recipes with precision
? Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures
? Experience in a brewery, winery, or food production setting is an asset--but we're happy to train the right person!

? Knowledgeable in HACCP, Food Safety Plans and CFIA
? Forklift experience and Food Safe Level 1 certification are a plus

? 2-3 days/week commitment;

Monday & Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
